~ Recap - Fête de printemps 2017 ~

As Vin-expo bordeaux is approaching towards us, let’s have a recap what we did last Fête de Printemps, 2015.

This uttermost spring festival of Saint-Emilion Jurade, under the sky and gazing the stars above and around you. Yes, exactly, that night, the big stars, actors, comedians, that we watch them on a big screen was under one same roof, and next to you.

This is the Grand opening ceremony of Vin-expo which is one of the largest spring festival organized by the Saint-Emilion Jurade, in the heart of the vineyard and the city.

Everything was magical that evening, after the church ceremony, we all were very thirsty, June indeed, is the reason, we marched slowly, heading towards the patio of Château Clos-fourtet to freshenup ourselves with cocktails, champagne, and bites.

Live jazz music was indeed smooth, fresh, subtile yet fun. The ambiance was lovely, and just perfect, next to the vineyard in the open air, lovely breeze and music.

A ceremony of enthronements!

Under the presidency of his Excellency Pavel Latushka, Ambassador of Belarus, François Baroin, Senator-Mayor and President of the Association of Mayors of France, wine professionals, sports men, amateurs, artists, journalists from all over the world, will be honored by the Saint-Emilion Jurade.

A gala dinner signed by the Parisian three-star chef Alain Passard! The chef will sublimate the dishes that will accompany 9 wines exceptional Saint-Emilion served for the occasion.

The dinner set was dramatically gorgeous with crystal lightening in the middle ofthe vineyards, nearly 900 guests will have the pleasure to taste a menu elaborated by the chef Alain Passard, Triple starred since 1986 the opening of its restaurant l’Arpègein Paris.

After dinner, around 2-3am the guests enjoyed soul concert and R’N’B in order to prolong the evening in a festive atmosphere. Facing the Great Saint-Emillion walls illuminated. I have been invited to this year Fête de printemps 2017, very excited.
